Pam was an excellent realtor. She was very patient in taking us to multiple homes, flexible with her hours and times for viewings, provided honest and knowledgeable feedback on properties and was communicative throughout the entire process (even outside of normal business hours!). After our offer was accepted she reached out to the other realtor, mortgage company and attorneys on my behalf to keep the process flowing smoothly. Additionally, she was able to make excellent recommendations on contractors, inspectors and paralegals which was a great benefit. Pam provided outstanding advice and service on the sale of my home in a somewhat unpredictable market due to high mortgage rates. She made some minor staging recommendations that significantly enhanced the appeal of the home with little cost/effort on my behalf, and had the forsight to explain to me what to anticipate by setting the price at various points. On her advice I chose a sale price that I was comfortable with and the house sold within hours of listing. Her vast network of buy-side agents helped to generate a significant amount of interest.
